Delivery Information

To place an order, simply add your required items to your basket, enter your postcode, and our system will calculate the delivery charge and available delivery options for your order.

Order & Delivery Process

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email—please check that all details are correct.
  • When your items have been picked and dispatched, we will send you another email confirming your shipping date.
  • We offer two delivery options:
    Express Delivery (48 hours)
    Standard Delivery (5 working days)
  • On the day of delivery, our courier partner will email you a tracking number, allowing you to track your order in real-time.

Delivery Information by Product Type

National Timber Deliveries
Delivered via either our own vehicles or national courier partners, depending on your postcode and order value. Please consider both the product lead time and shipping time when estimating your full delivery timeframe.

National Worktop Deliveries
Delivered by a two-person team to a room of your choice. You will receive a 2-hour estimated arrival time from our courier.

National Made-to-Measure Door Deliveries
Delivered by a two-person team to a ground-floor room of your choice. Our courier will provide a 2-hour estimated arrival time.

National Internal Door Deliveries
Delivered by a one-person team—please ensure someone is available to assist the driver upon delivery.

🚚 Split Deliveries
Some orders may be delivered by multiple couriers due to variations in product sizes and packaging requirements.

📞 No Delivery Options Available at Checkout?
If no delivery options appear during checkout, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

⚠️ Products Not Eligible for National Delivery
Certain products cannot be shipped nationally, including:

  • Sheet Materials
  • Contiplas Furniture Board

Checking Your Delivery

  • All goods should be inspected for damage or missing items upon delivery, preferably in the presence of the delivery driver.
  • If this is not possible, you have 24 hours from delivery to report any issues.
  • Any loss or damage should be noted on the delivery paperwork where possible and reported to us via email with photographic evidence within 1 working day of receipt. (For clarity, Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.)
  • Once goods are signed for and accepted, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss, damage, or destruction.

📜 Legal Notice
If a delivery note is provided, this serves as a legal document confirming delivery was made without loss or damage. Some couriers may not provide a delivery note.
